Winning $1.1 million Lottery Powerball Ticket sold at Rite Aid in Encinitas

  The lottery passeshad five connection digits but missed the Powerball digits

  The person who acquire the ticket won $1.12 million

Two other lottery passes were soldout in California, with five coordinating digits in San Leandro and Susanville

Those lottery passes were also value $1.12 million, "It's pretty cool that somebody won," said Isidro Gonzales.
